JOB SUMMARY 6 E* M" B* u) m: n# SThis position is responsible for accounting activities within the finance department including, but is not limited to, analyzing trends, job costing analysis, variance analysis, interpreting results, and providing high-level pro-active financial analysis for assigned regions and/or divisions. The position is also responsible for providing financial result regional presentations to both regional and field managers. This position will also be responsible for forecasting and budgeted of assigned regions. JOB SCOPE ) I' s0 E$ R- V' z4 Z) G& r* k: G• Perform high quality variance/trend analysis and present results at regional meetings • Provide a high level of customer service to Regional and Operation Managers , y! G0 k' C/ S+ A4 o) ~0 {* H. P$ F• Analyze, reconcile, and action balance sheet and P&L accounts • Assist and/or take control of monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts and budgets • Prepare assigned areas of the reporting package each month • Prepare and enter monthly journal entries while executing assigned month end tasks according to established closing calendar deadlines • Other finance duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel 8 B( J' y, K! l# g2 }7 z• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint ' ?0 ?$ U8 C9 I• SAP or other similar ERP software experience considered an asset • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision • Ability to work with various levels of management • Highly analytical with great attention to detail • Superior customer service skills - Z  l" F7 }# P• Excellent written and communication skills CREDENTIALS / EXPERIENCE • Post-Secondary Education - X4 H6 B6 ?* q% p; c• Currently enrolled in the CGA or CMA program is considered an asset, but not necessary   x- F0 L. [& i. @4 m4 z; w% K• 3-5 Years working experience WORKING CONDITIONS: ! S" H) r" k" @# p" F; Y; O• Office environment • Monday to Friday during business hours • Some travel required (very minimal)
