SAP for a FI (ideally but optional, in Tax) resource who can understand Portuguese (for Brazil) or Spanish.

basically four resources:

- Order to cash, ideally this person is specialized in SD and CRM and understand how the service order processing
" g. a) l& q; F% b$ S! t8 W7 m- Tax, has been working with standard SAP tax solution or 3rd-party solution, familiar with country/regional specific tax regulations.
7 Z7 ^+ L$ Y# a6 u- Finance
7 \- i) @2 x% F0 c8 G; q8 o- IVR which is integrated with CRM system, understand how the IVR ASR engine and text-to-speech engine, prompt scripts.
