SAP for a FI (ideally but optional, in Tax) resource who can understand Portuguese (for Brazil) or Spanish.

basically four resources:

- Order to cash, ideally this person is specialized in SD and CRM and understand how the service order processing
- Tax, has been working with standard SAP tax solution or 3rd-party solution, familiar with country/regional specific tax regulations.
- Finance
1 [7 j" r5 n& }- g0 K) D5 T- IVR which is integrated with CRM system, understand how the IVR ASR engine and text-to-speech engine, prompt scripts.
