) H1 J9 l3 K7 K" cA female pedestrian has died in hospital after being struck by one of two cars that went airborne in a crash near Credit Valley Hospital this morning.
$ h' h5 R& f, [2 d" p+ J: iPeel Regional Police have shut down the intersection of Erin Mills Pkwy. and Eglinton Ave. after the crash between a Honda Civic and minivan occurred around 11:20 a.m.
8 X) r, Z& ]0 U2 b& |Alison Weeks, 42, was one of two people at the intersection waiting for the light to change. She was transported to St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto via air ambulance.
- c4 M- l, q4 J, B. v4 J1 Z7 V& xCst. Erin Cooper confirmed this afternoon that Weeks died in hospital.
$ p9 Z% n6 F  d& G1 |% YThe force's Major Collision Bureau is investigating the multi-vehicle crash.
