Resisting police officer.

+ y% f( ^# l# C5 y% X! m Two students had an ongoing conflict. one punched the other. Police and school investigated.
$ D- Z& _. z; L& b4 c$ H Police concluded that this was a consensual fight and that school should apply ACTS.
